Antonio G. Revilla III is a
former U.S. Immigration Prosecutor with the Immigration and Naturalization
Service (INS) and a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security
(DHS). As a former Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County and Trial
Attorney with the Department of Justice in Miami, Florida, he is a seasoned and
renowned litigator. His unique background makes him a Miami Immigration
Attorney known for handling complex immigration issues. Antonio Revilla has
litigated New York immigration cases, as well as other immigration cases
nationwide. Mr. Revilla is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of
Appeals for the 11th Circuit and 9th Circuit. In the 11th Circuit, Antonio
Revilla has had the honor of presenting oral arguments on contested immigration
issues. Of particular note was a successful argument which permitted arriving
aliens to adjust status before the Immigration Court (EOIR).
Mr. Revilla is the Founder
and President of Revilla Law Firm, and is an Officer of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association (AILA), South Florida Chapter. Mr. Revilla's work with AILA was instrumental in bringing reform and
changes to deportation and immigration policy, in general. Mr. Revilla has made
it his mission to educate the public on the benefits of Immigration Reform and
the Dream Act.
