Mr. Rivera is an Associate Immigration Attorney with our firm.
Juan Carlos Rivera, Esquire, is a Miami-native whose interest in immigration
law and passion for representing those in need of immigration relief has
enabled him to champion successful outcomes on behalf of his clients.
At the firm, Mr. Rivera focuses primarily on representing clients in Immigration
Court and before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Mr. Rivera’s number one priority is to always advocate for his clients
and their families with compassion, honesty, and an unwavering committment
to their case . He has extensive experience handling immigrant petitions,
non-immigrant petitions, special immigrant petitions, waivers, asylums,
appeals, and removal defense.
Mr. Rivera is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of
Law, where he served as an Executive Notes Editor for the Florida Journal
of International Law. He was awarded the Justice John Paul Stevens Public
Interest Fellowship, which allowed him the opportunity to work with an
organization that handled a variety of complex immigration matters.
