Former U.S. Immigration Prosecutor and Miami Immigration Attorney

Antonio G. Revilla III is a former U.S. Immigration Prosecutor with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a former Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County and Trial Attorney with the Department of Justice in Miami, Florida, he is a seasoned and renowned litigator with a strong legal background that earned him the reputation of being a Miami Immigration Lawyer known for handling complex immigration issues, particularly deportation defense law.

Mr. Revilla is a past President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), South Florida Chapter. His efforts with AILA have facilitated calls-to-action to motivate legislatures to support Comprehensive Immigration Reform. Miami immigration attorney, Antonio Revilla, has dedicated his career to the plight of immigrants and has fought to make the American Dream a reality for everyone.

Antonio Revilla has litigated New York immigration cases, as well as other immigration cases nationwide. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and 9th Circuit. In the 11th Circuit, Antonio Revilla had the honor of presenting oral arguments on contested immigration issues. Of particular note was a successful argument which permitted arriving aliens to adjust status before the Immigration Court (EOIR).

Mr. Revilla has published articles on waivers for criminal and non-criminal aliens. He has presented and spoken at conferences in the area of removal proceedings, deportation cases, and waivers of removal and inadmissibility. Mr. Revilla has also appeared on numerous television programs as a legal analyst and commentator, and also as a contributor in major news publications.
